Please read the following agreement carefully before signing.
For value received and to induce Carmichael (CNL) to service account upon credit to above named customer, each of the undersigned guarantors waive any notice of default or amendment and jointly and severally personally guarantee full and prompt payment of all obligations and indebtedness of customer to seller now existing or hereafter arising, together with expenses and fees actually incurred in collection the said obligations and indebtedness from customer and/or guarantors. If Customer fails to pay pursuant to the term of this Agreement and CNL elects to take legal action to collect this Account, the Customer shall pay all costs incurred by CNL including but not limited to attorney's fees & court costs.
The Customer assigns to CNL as security for any indebtedness, incurred or to be incurred to CNL, all of its existing or hereinafter acquired: accounts receivable, accounts, claims, general intangibles, equipment and inventory and the proceeds thereof. The Customer certifies the above credit information is correct and that the Customer is solvent.
